Thank you, Annie. I have adopted a new lens in life, when I witness people throwing around harmful words (and actions) to others, I somehow immediately sense the depth of their unhappiness with themselves. It's taken me decades to get here, but so grateful for the clarity.
Happy is the greatest form of resistance. I like that line.
